We collect only the essential data required to provide our service:
- Account credentials (email/password) for secure access.
- Operational data you choose to input (Racks, BOLs, Store lists).
- Basic analytics through Google Analytics to improve site performance.
3. Data Security
We utilize industry-standard encryption to protect your data both in transit and at rest. Access to your account is restricted to your authorized users via our secure web application at fueljobberx.web.app.
Terms of Service
1. Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)
FuelJobberX provides a web-based platform for fuel distributors. By using our service, you agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
2. Accuracy of Calculations
While FuelJobberX provides robust tools for margin calculation and BOL matching, the accuracy of all reports is dependent on the data (rack prices, taxes, and fees) provided by the user. FuelJobberX is a tool for data management and does not provide financial or market advice.
3. Platform Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime. However, FuelJobberX is not liable for business interruptions caused by external internet outages or scheduled maintenance windows.
4. Subscription & Cancellation
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as per your quote. You may cancel your service at any time; however, previously paid fees are non-refundable as the service is provided on an access basis.
